Is Roy Williams just a big hooha?
Or is he just lazy?
Yeah, that same Roy Williams who had as many touchdowns against OU as I have. The same guy whose lazy-ass work ethic is legendary around the NFL and is a big contributor to the thought that players coming out of UT are soft.
Now he’s “hurt” again and had x-rays on his shoulder, which turned out to be negative. Surely that’s not a ploy to get away from DB Orlando Scandrick, too, who made the egregious sin of working hard in practice. To his credit, he’ll hold himself out of live drills in a great way, to be sure.
This one probably encapsulates everything, though: in Peter King’s Monday Morning quarterback column, he quotes the former Horn on why he likes to wear number 11:

1. He thinks it makes him look slim.
2. It’s an easy number to write when giving an autograph.
Both of those comments just scream “pussy.”
